Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to join our team on a contract basis in West Hollywood, California. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing accounts payable processes and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial operations. You will play a key role in overseeing invoice coding, payment processing, and related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounts payable operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Supervise the coding of invoices and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.

• Coordinate and execute payment processes, including check runs and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.

• Monitor and improve workflow efficiency within the accounts payable department.

• Review and approve invoices for payment, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.

• Maintain vendor relationships and address any payment-related inquiries.

• Prepare reports and analyses related to accounts payable activities for management review.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors.

• Train and support team members to enhance productivity and adherence to best practices. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable management or supervision.

• Strong knowledge of invoice coding, check runs, and ACH payment processes.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage workflows and team performance.

• Proficiency in financial systems and tools used for accounts payable tasks.

• Ability to analyze and resolve payment discrepancies effectively.

• Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial processes.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
