    Position Description:

    In this role, you will:

    • Analyze and evaluate business systems and client needs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    • Identify root causes of system issues and implement tested, effective solutions.

    • Ensure system integrity, availability, accuracy, and efficiency across platforms.

    • Document processes and procedures, and provide client training and support

    • Collaborate across teams to develop strategic recommendations for system improvements.

    • Contribute to innovation by aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

    This position is located at a client site in Alexandria, VA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    . Assist with system management, application support, and integration functions.

    . Provide customer and client support on all matters related to technology services including deskside support and in-depth analysis of specified ERP/financial, eCommerce and SaaS systems, processes and/or departments.

    . Provide support in testing, validating, and documenting the performance of application systems.

    . Work with colleagues to provide guidance to others in the use of assigned systems including training, client support, instructing and supporting other technology staff, and process development.

    . Possess and apply general knowledge of systems and business processes, and knowledge of a specified subset of systems and processes to inform work and recommendations.

    . Maintain technical proficiency through professional development, user groups and peer interaction.

    . Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review system capabilities, workflow, and application limitations.

    . Work closely through the entire software development lifecycle to achieve business goals. Attending training seminars, workshops, and other meetings on behalf of technology.

    . Other duties and projects as assigned.

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    . Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.

    . Up to 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, or at least 4 years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

    . Familiarity with CRM, General Ledger, eCommerce, and ERP systems.

    . Experience with Agile development processes and methodologies, Sprint planning, Scrum Master, and tooling such as JIRA and Confluence

    . Experience with methods, techniques, and procedures necessary to obtain and evaluate user/business requirements, to design, develop document and implement application systems.

    . Experience with Adobe Commerce preferred.

    Other Information:

    CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $68,100.00 - $119,200.00.
