    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Sartell, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions.     • Maintain accurate records and documentation for transportation services and related activities.

    • Assist with the development and execution of creative solutions to improve operational efficiency.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Ability to process invoices and payments accurately while adhering to company standards.

    • Knowledge of standard operating procedures and quality assurance practices.
