Description We are looking for an experienced Tax Senior to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to prepare and review individual and corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.

• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information for tax preparation.

• Utilize CCH ProSystem Fx and other software tools to streamline tax processes and maintain efficiency.

• Conduct detailed analyses of tax documents to identify potential issues and propose solutions.

• Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and apply them to client cases.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff members to improve team performance.

• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide tax planning advice.

• Assist in tax-related projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.

• Ensure timely completion of tax filings and address any discrepancies.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in individual and corporate tax preparation and review.

• Proficiency in using CCH ProSystem Fx and other tax software.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation.

• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
