We’re hiring two Part-Time Patient Access Specialists to join our dedicated team in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. If you thrive on providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a collaborative setting, we’d love to meet you!

    SCHEDULES AVAILABLE:

    + Part Time: Every Saturday/Sunday 7a-3:30pm

    + Part Time: Every Saturday/Sunday 3p-11p –

    What You’ll Do:

    + Greet and assist patients during check-in and registration

    + Verify insurance and collect co-pays

    + Answer questions and provide guidance on services and procedures

    + Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

    + Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or front desk roles preferred

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

    + Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems

    + Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented attitude

    + High school GED or Diploma
