• What You’ll Be Doing:

Work directly with a supportive and experienced manager while handling key responsibilities like:

+ Managing daily accounting operations: AP/AR, general ledger entries, and financial statement prep.

+ Supporting month-end close and ensuring accurate, timely reporting.

+ Performing account reconciliations to maintain clean, reliable financial records.

+ Assisting with fixed asset tracking and reconciliation.

+ Helping build budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.

+ Leveraging Excel to analyze data and streamline processes.

• What We’re Looking For:

+ Bachelor’s in Accounting with a GPA of 3.0+

+ 1+ years of accounting experience (bonus points for fixed assets, reconciliations, and journal entries!)

+ Strong Excel skills—you know your way around formulas and functions.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.

• Proficiency in bank reconciliations, general ledger management, and journal entries.

• Solid understanding of month-end closing procedures.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
