    Job Description

As a cleanroom assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production and packaging of components used in medical devices. This position is based in our Grand Rapids, MI facility, and you will be part of a team focused on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and achieving production goals. You will work in a clean room manufacturing environment, requiring personal protective equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations following Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.

    + Work from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.

    + Set initial layouts and use a variety of tools to prepare products.

    + Make continuity checks on work in process and completed.

    + Conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.

    + Operate packaging machine.

    + Box and apply labeling materials.

    Essential Skills

    + General labor experience.

    + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

    + Basic assembly and production skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a clean room manufacturing environment.

    + Experience using measuring devices and hand tools.

    Work Environment

     

    This position operates in a cleanroom environment requiring personal protective equipment, including eyewear, ear plugs, hair nets, and protective gowning. The role is scheduled for the 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Enjoy the comfort of an air-conditioned workspace.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
