**Job Title:** Contents Restoration Project Manager

**Location:** Burbank, CA

**Salary Range:** $65,000 – $75,000 annually

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable **Contents Restoration Project Manager** to join our team in Burbank. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and has a knack for organization and customer service. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients during the restoration process, ensuring their belongings are handled with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage contents restoration projects from start to finish, including assessment, planning, execution, and completion.

+ Serve as the primary liaison between clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.

+ Coordinate and supervise field crews during pack-out, cleaning, storage, and return of contents.

+ Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

+ Assist with sales efforts, including estimating jobs and presenting services to potential clients.

+ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

+ Maintain accurate documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Proven customer service experience; ability to manage client expectations with empathy and professionalism.

+ Some sales experience preferred.

+ Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
