    We’re seeking a clinical leader who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about supporting children and families. This permanent, part-time role offers 2–4 hours per week, with most work done remotely and a flexible schedule between 8 AM and 8 PM.

    What You’ll Do

    + Serve as Medical Director, guiding clinical excellence.

    + Oversee care at our outpatient clinic and satellite offices.

    + Review and sign off on treatment plans and intakes.

    + Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to staff.

    + Participate in monthly in-person staff meetings.

    + Deliver limited direct patient care.

    What You Bring

    + Board Certification in Child Psychiatry (Connecticut license required).

    + Experience in clinical supervision, teaching, and outpatient behavioral health.

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    + Comfort with virtual platforms and remote care delivery.

     

    Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Awesome!)

     

    + Double board certification in Child & Adult Psychiatry.

    + Trauma-informed care or family systems experience.

    + Familiarity with Joint Commission standards.

    + Prior leadership or director-level experience in behavioral health.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $104000.00 - $208000.00/yr.
