    Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for CNC Operator jobs in Bloomingdale, IL. These CNC Operator jobs are temporary roles!

     

    Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-1:1:30am plus overtime as needed.

     

    Pay: $27.37 per hour

     

    CNC Operator jobs require candidates to assist with operation of CNC and Grinding equipment, tooling maintenance, and ensuring that all required processes are completed within a warehouse environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below – Apply Now!

    Responsibilities for CNC Operator jobs include but are not limited to:

    • Review and understand blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and set up requirements.

    • Learn to select, align, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines, such as mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and tooling pre-setter.

    • Learn to verify conformance of finished work piece to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.

    • Learn to measure, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points on material or work piece as guides for subsequent machining.

    • Learn to fit and assemble parts into complete assembly, using jigs, fixtures, surface plate, surface table, hand tools, and power tools.

    • Learn to verify dimensions and alignment of assembly, using measuring instruments, such as micrometers, height gauges, and gauge blocks.

    • Learn to check for machine readiness to ensure functionality and performance.

    • Miscellaneous duties may be assigned such as, but not limited to, packing, shipping, unpacking, and sorting, inspection, cleaning, finishing, deburring, etc.

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for CNC Operator jobs:

    • Must regularly be able to pull and push up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

    • Ability to read blueprints.

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required throughout the workday to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch; talk or hear.
