Now Hiring: Pharmacy Clerk Associate

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals for a **Pharmacy Clerk** role. In this fast-paced, automated refill setting, you’ll work under the supervision of a Pharmacist to prepare, package, and distribute medications accurately and efficiently.

**Location** : Onsite – Cheektowaga, NY

**Pay Rate** : $15-$17.50/hr. (based on experience, education, and location)

**Schedule:** Part-time, 24–32 hours/week

• Mandatory Days: Fridays & Sundays

• Shift Hours:

• Sunday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

• Monday: 9:00am – 2:00pm

• Tuesday: 9:00am – 2:00pm

• Thursday: 9:00am – 2:00pm

• Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Fill prescription vials with tablets/capsules and process bulk items.

• Replenish automated medication cells, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Verify product size and strength against prescription requirements.

• Operate handheld scanner units to track and manage inventory.

• Prepare orders for shipment, including packing and labeling.

• Maintain a clean, orderly pharmacy environment while upholding HIPAA compliance.

• Collaborate with team members while also working independently to meet daily production goals.

• Perform repetitive tasks with absolute attention to detail.

• Complete housekeeping tasks and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience).

• Reliable transportation (onsite role).

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and consistently handle 20–30 lbs. of merchandise.

• Comfortable standing/walking for 8+ hours daily with bending, reaching, and grasping.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality focus.

• Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmacy or warehouse experience.

• Working knowledge of pharmacy operations and professional standards.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude and adaptability in a changing environment.

**Pay Details:** $17.50 per hour
