    About the Role:

    We are seeking a hands-on, experienced **Plant Manager** to lead operations at our metal heat treating facility in Deerfield Beach. This role is ideal for someone with a strong exprience in **oven operations, brazing, and industrial manufacturing** who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee daily plant operations including heat treating, brazing, and oven processes.

    + Manage and mentor a team of oven operators, technicians, and support staff.

    + Ensure production schedules are met with high quality and safety standards.

    + Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance and repairs.

    + Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

    + Maintain compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.

    + Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues.

    + Track KPIs and report on plant performance to senior leadership.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience managing a manufacturing or metal processing facility.

    + Strong knowledge of heat treating, brazing, and industrial oven operations.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    + Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process documentation.

    + Proficiency in production planning and inventory systems.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
