    Job Title: CNC Machinist

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with expertise in Mills to join our team in a first shift role (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday) in Louisville, OH. Overtime is available. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in operating, setting up, programming, and editing CNC machines in a job shop environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate, set up, program, and edit CNC machines with Milling machines.

    + Utilize Fanuc and MasterCam software to complete various jobs.

    + Apply G&M Code knowledge for machine operations.

    + Read blueprints and use calipers and micrometers for precise tolerancing.

    + Machine various materials including stainless steel, aluminum, carbon, and zinc, with a focus on very thin tubing materials.

    + Perform daily set-ups, machine edits, tool changes, and basic machine maintenance.

    + Create parts for machines in a job shop setting.

    Our company operates in a job shop environment with a family-owned and team-oriented culture. The facility is nice, clean, stable, and safe. We manufacture engineered tubes for a variety of industries including industrial vacuum, agriculture, construction, chemical manufacturing, residential, mining, and performance exhaust. Our machinists play a crucial role in making parts for machines across these sectors.

    This is a position based out of Louisville, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.75/hr.
