We're Hiring: Clerical Administrative Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Salary: $23.00 an hour

Position Summary:
A reputable and thriving manufacturing facility located in Blanchester, OH is seeking an entry- to mid-level Clerical Assistant to support day-to-day administrative functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the organization and may lead to full-time employment with a potential career path into Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management**
+ **Answer phones, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members**
+ **Assist in maintaining accurate records and organizing confidential files**
+ **Assist with Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and support HR-related documentation**
+ **Scan documents**
+ **Provide administrative support across departments as needed**
Qualifications:
+ **Must have a resume**
+ **High school diploma or equivalent required**
+ **1+ year of clerical or administrative experience preferred (but not required)**
+ **3+ years of retail key holder/management experience is also accepted**
+ **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)**
+ **Strong organizational and multitasking skills**
+ **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**
+ **Must be Self-motivated**
+ **Interest in Human Resources or office administration is a plus**

**Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
