    **Job Title:** Marketing Manager

    **Location:** NEW YORK NY 10011

    **Employment Type:** Contract , 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday

    **Pay Rate:-** $80 - 90/hour

    About the Role:

    We’re looking for a **Marketing Manager** with experience in **social or broadcasting media** to lead product marketing strategies and campaigns. You’ll work closely with product, content, and research teams to understand audience needs, market trends, and product features. Your work will help shape how we communicate with users and grow engagement across platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Act as the product expert for internal teams, providing insights and guidance on marketing strategies.

    + Analyze market trends and audience behavior to support product development and positioning.

    + Plan and run marketing campaigns across digital, social, and broadcast channels.

    + Create and manage content that aligns with product goals and brand voice.

    + Collaborate with research teams to gather user feedback and improve messaging.

    + Develop go-to-market plans for new features and media products.

    + Track campaign performance and optimize based on data and feedback.

    + Support brand messaging and storytelling across platforms.

    + Promote inclusive decision-making and foster a collaborative team culture.

    + Ensure marketing efforts align with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals.

    What You’ll Bring:

    + Experience in marketing within **social media, broadcasting, or digital content platforms** .

    + Strong skills in campaign management, product positioning, and storytelling.

    + Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.

    + Knowledge of audience engagement strategies and media trends.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    + Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.

    + Understanding of go-to-market strategies and brand development.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Background in media, entertainment, or digital content marketing.

    + Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content production workflows.

    + Experience creating marketing briefs and managing creative assets.

    **Pay Details:** $80.00 to $90.00 per hour
