    Schedule: Monday- Friday

     

    Pay: $40.00 hour

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Financial Analyst** to join our clients team. In this role, you will support Distribution Center (DC) operations and HQ Finance by developing complex financial models, preparing forecasts, and delivering insightful analyses that drive strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions.

    + Present financial analytics and insights to DC Managers and HQ Finance teams.

    + Assist in the development and review of annual budgets and performance targets.

    + Prepare monthly forecasts and financial analyses for DC and HQ operations.

    + Investigate and explain variances between actual, budgeted, and forecasted results.

    + Reconcile financial transactions and correct discrepancies.

    + Compile and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to management.

    + Lead the planning, analysis, and consolidation of corporate budgets and forecasts.

    + Interpret and implement financial concepts for strategic planning and scenario analysis.

    + Provide first-line support for SAP-related financial issues and collaborate with IT for resolution.

    + Maintain and update functional specifications for database enhancements and reporting tools.

    + Develop and refine key business metrics and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.

    + Build analytical models using financial and non-financial data to forecast performance.

    + Conduct competitive and comparable analysis to support business objectives.

    + Prepare monthly journal entry accruals as needed.

    + Extract and analyze financial data from SAP and other reporting systems.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in financial modeling, business analysis, and analytics.

    + Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Access, and SharePoint.

    + Experience with corporate budgeting and forecasting processes.

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    + Ability to manage both complex and routine tasks effectively.

    + Skilled in database manipulation and financial model creation.

    + Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

    + Team-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities.

    + Flexible and open to new projects and responsibilities.

    + Experience with SAP and financial reporting systems is a plus.

    **Pay Details:** $40.00 per hour
