    Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator

    Job Description

    Join a team dedicated to designing and molding quality plastic solutions with a focus on 2-Shot and liquid silicone molding. We are seeking ambitious general production workers to be part of our expanding team, utilizing the world's most advanced technologies and resources.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate injection molding machines, package products, label, and perform cycle counting.

    + Visually inspect and assemble parts according to quality specifications, identifying critical visual and dimensional defects.

    + Follow route sheets and work instructions to ensure parts meet customer and internal requirements.

    + Remove parts from injection molding machines during operations.

    + Perform routine cleaning of machines and work areas.

    + Account for and record production and scrap counts.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, general labor, and machine operation.

    + Mechanical skills and knowledge in automotive production.

    + Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs and lifting up to 20 cartons per day.

    + Proficiency in basic math skills.

    + Ability to work independently with little supervision.

    + Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge of SmartSheet and IQMS.

    + Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a cleanroom environment with advanced equipment. Candidates must be comfortable wearing a hair net and beard net if applicable. The role requires operating four machines simultaneously in a fast-paced setting, with responsibilities across two locations.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ellington, Connecticut.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $21.00/hr.
