    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting tasks including rebuilding machinery, repairing gearboxes, replacing motors, and handling hydraulic/pneumatic systems. You will also be involved in electrical troubleshooting tasks such as working with 480v systems, 3-phase motors, sensors, VFDs, drives, and control panels. Experience with labelers, printers, PLCs, and robotics (Fanuc) will be essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, including rebuilding machinery, repairing gearboxes, and replacing motors.

    + Handle hydraulic and pneumatic systems, replacing hoses, servo motors, chains, and adjusting sprockets.

    + Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including working with 480v systems, 3-phase motors, sensors, VFDs, and control panels.

    + Utilize multimeters for electrical diagnostics.

    + Troubleshoot labelers, printers, PLCs, VFDs, and servos.

    + Engage in robotic (Fanuc) troubleshooting.

    Essential Skills

    + Electrical troubleshooting experience.

    + Mechanical troubleshooting experience.

    + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.

    + Proficiency in maintenance technician tasks.

    + Familiarity with PLC, VFDs, and servo troubleshooting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Controls experience is a plus, including PLC troubleshooting (ladder logic, parameter edits, relays, timers, switches).

    Work Environment

     

    The facility operates on a 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. It is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable work environment throughout the year. Safety is a top priority, with advanced robotics and automatic driverless tuggers enhancing the manufacturing process. Enjoy access to multiple breakrooms with a variety of meal and beverage options. A paid 20-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks are provided during your shift.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Monticello, Indiana.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
