    Job Title: Production Operator

    Job Description

    As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by loading raw materials and unloading finished products. You will be responsible for assembling small components into fabric and ensuring daily production standards are met.

    Responsibilities

    + Load raw materials (fabric) into the press machine, ensuring each part weighs less than 15lbs.

    + Unload finished products from the press machine.

    + Remove excess material and recycle it properly.

    + Perform quick visual quality checks to ensure product standards.

    + Assemble small components into fabric efficiently.

    + Maintain daily production standards and goals.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in operating production machinery.

    + Ability to load and unload materials efficiently.

    + Forklift operation skills.

    + Proficient in performing quality checks.

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED is suggested but not required.

    + Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and procedures.

    + Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Indiana.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $19.00/hr.
