• Maintenance Supervisor

    Aerotek (Goshen, IN)


    Description

    We are currently looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor for our maintenance department. The supervisor would be reporting to a maintenance manager. Both the supervisor and manager will be responsible for driving the maintenance crews to keep up with breakdowns and PMs throughout the plant.

    What to Expect:

    - Motivate maintenance team members to complete calls and PM schedules

     

    - Assist team members on machine and facility breakdowns

     

    - Conduct daily, weekly, monthly meetings

     

    - Give out performance reviews

     

    - Track, change, and implement changes to the maintenance budget

     

    - Maintain relationships with outside vendors and contractors

     

    - Partner with other departments throughout the plant (production, shipping/receiving, quality, grounds, scheduling, purchasing, fabrication, etc.)

     

    - Strive towards a World Class Maintenance department

     

    - Keep ROI in mind with each decision and project

     

    - 5S implementation

     

    - Managing and coordinating projects

    Shift:

    - 9am-6pm, Sunday through Thursday

     

    --- Some flexibility, but this is to assist the weekend shift crew to make sure that Monday gets off to a good start at the plant

     

    --- Possible OT as needed

    Must Have:

    - Proven ability to lead and motivate others

     

    - Track record of taking projects from start to finish

     

    - Over 5 years of industrial maintenance management experience

     

    - Experience using maintenance management systems

     

    - Comfortable implementing and maintaining PM schedule

    - 5S

    Would be Nice:

    - Experience with World Class Maintenance practices

     

    - Experience working on presses, lasers, and/or CNCs

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.

     

    - Standard medical, dental, vision benefits package (effective 1st of month following 60 days)

     

    - STD, LTD, 401k, PTO accrual program

     

    - Will pay for continuing education through Ivy Tech when folks are interested (industrial electric for example)
