What You’ll Do

+ Perform topographical, boundary, and as-built surveys with precision and care

+ Support construction layout efforts and collaborate closely with engineers and project managers

+ Draft detailed plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D

+ Research land records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance

+ Manage survey data uploads/downloads and maintain organized documentation

What You Bring

+ 1+ year of experience in land surveying or CADD drafting

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D

+ Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

+ Experience drafting topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $30.00/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
