Shifts Available:

+ **2nd Shift:** 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (10% shift differential)

+ **Weekend Shift:** Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (15% shift differential)

**Pay Range: $19-$23/hour** (DOE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as entry-level assemblers. This role involves a variety of tasks including electrical assembly, packaging, and support at SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines. The ideal candidate will be flexible, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform limited electrical assembly of small parts, occasionally using a microscope

+ Read and follow manufacturing procedures, blueprints, and visual instructions

+ Assist with packaging and preparation of products for shipment

+ Support operations at SMT machines as needed

+ Adapt to changing job duties based on customer orders and production needs

+ Maintain high standards of quality to meet or exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:

+ Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with hand tools

+ Ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions

+ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

+ Comfortable with rotating responsibilities (assembly, packaging, cleaning, etc.)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
