Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic production workers for our overnight shifts. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to excel in a manufacturing environment. You will receive comprehensive training from an assigned trainer to familiarize yourself with our manufacturing processes. We strive to create a supportive environment where you can enhance your skills and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct consistent inspections throughout the shift.

+ Enter data into the computer system accurately.

+ Ensure the production line runs smoothly.

+ Collaborate with a Technician for line setup and product changeovers.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

+ Assist colleagues during break times.

Essential Skills

+ Demonstrated stable work history.

+ Ambition and willingness to learn.

+ Interest in manufacturing work.

+ Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math.

+ Computer literacy and proficiency with hand tools.

+ Experience with assembly, machine operation, and inspection.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a fast-paced environment.

+ Proficiency using micrometers and calipers.

+ Prior experience in a manufacturing setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Easthampton, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
