Job Title: Operator | Holland, MI

$20- $22 an hr, weekly pay

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in the Module Department as an Operator. You will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring efficient material handling and quality control. With a rotating schedule, you will work both day and night shifts. Currently, we require mandatory work for 7 days a week until we fill all openings.

Responsibilities

+ Handle and move materials for production.

+ Package products and prepare them for dispatch.

+ Operate equipment following the Operating Manual, including in-putting materials and monitoring for defects.

+ Conduct self-inspections to maintain product quality.

+ Maintain accurate production records in the Global Manufacturing Execution System (GMES).

+ Track and document all non-conformances and scrap materials.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in production and general labor tasks.

+ Ability to prepare equipment and materials for production.

Work Environment

Work in a meticulously clean and temperature-controlled facility. The department operates as a clean room, requiring garb and beard nets if applicable. Expect a lot of walking between buildings and across the plant. The environment is brightly lit and adheres to the 5S3K standard.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
