    Job Title: Pipelayer

    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled pipelayers in Richmond, VA, responsible for the installation of storm, water, and sewage pipes. This role involves working with a team to ensure efficient and accurate placement of piping systems.

    Responsibilities

    + Install storm, water, and sewage pipes in various projects across Richmond, VA.

    + Operate heavy equipment and perform excavation tasks as needed.

    + Set up and utilize laser equipment for precise pipelaying.

    + Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely project completion.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-2+ years of pipelaying experience.

    + 1-2+ years of experience in civil construction.

    + Proficiency in setting up laser equipment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with heavy equipment operation.

    + Knowledge of civil and piping construction techniques.

    + Skilled laborer with a strong work ethic.

    Work Environment

     

    Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5pm, with 50-60 hour work weeks. Be prepared for various projects around the Richmond, VA area, including locations like Chesterfield, East End, City of RVA, and Chester.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Chester, Virginia.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
