Job Title: Structural Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a Structural Engineer who is eager to work in a collaborative team environment at our growing office in Minneapolis, MN. The position involves working on a wide variety of building projects including healthcare, higher education, multi-family, hospitality, commercial, and renovation projects. This full-time role offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

+ Design new and complex buildings across various market types.

+ Conduct analysis and renovations of new and existing buildings and structures.

+ Coordinate with project team members across multiple disciplines.

+ Attend project meetings with clients and perform construction administration duties, including site visits.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in structural engineering and design.

+ Experience with structural analysis and drafting.

+ Working knowledge of Revit and 3D design.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural focus.

+ Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in structural design of buildings; more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

+ EIT certification preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
