Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

This position is for the 2nd shift in a food manufacturing environment. The Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production activities, maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene, and providing guidance to the production team.

Responsibilities

+ Train, explain, and answer questions regarding recipes, proper procedures, and measurement techniques to employees.

+ Identify errors such as improper procedures, scaling, hygiene, sanitation, and safety issues.

+ Provide feedback to employees and offer ongoing coaching to ensure corrections are made.

+ Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of production.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production supervision and management.

+ Strong understanding of safety and production protocols.

+ 1 year of food manufacturing experience.

+ 6 months experience as a lead.

+ GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bilingual capabilities are an advantage.

+ 2 years of manufacturing experience with 6 months as a lead

Work Environment

Work in an indoor cold facility where PPE is required. The position has openings on all shifts.

San Antonio, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
