Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Job Description
This role requires more than just operating a machine. You will be responsible for setting up the machine, performing tool changes, and completing tear downs. You will use micrometers and calipers, and read blueprints or drawings to create parts. Inspecting parts for flaws and performing minor machine maintenance are also key aspects of the role. Training will be provided for machine maintenance if needed.
Responsibilities
+ Set up CNC machines and perform tool changes.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to manufacture parts.
+ Use micrometers and calipers for precise measurements.
+ Inspect parts to ensure quality and absence of flaws.
+ Perform minor maintenance on machines with provided training.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ years of experience in setting up machines (Mill or Lathe).
+ 1+ years of experience in performing tool changes on Mills or Lathes.
+ 1+ years of CNC operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to read and use measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to read blueprints.
+ Experience in machine maintenance.
+ Expereince in automotive manufacturing.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and bright, with a long line of machines. There are two shifts available: 1st Shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm and 2nd Shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, with training provided on the first shift.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
