Hiring for Industrial Painters $20-$26/hr
Job Description: Opportunity to learn industrial paint and decal application for trucks that go all over the world! People from an automotive or industrial paint environment do really well here!
In this role, candidates can expect to engage in various parts of the painting process. Depending on skill set and experience, responsibilities may include painting, sanding, buffing, or priming. A willingness to learn and grow in all aspects of the job is essential, which includes sanding, grinding, and applying body filler to vehicles before painting.
Responsibilities
+ Perform different tasks involved in the painting process such as painting, sanding, buffing, and priming.
+ Learn and apply skills across various aspects of the job, including sanding, grinding, and applying body filler.
+ Ensure high-quality finishes on vehicle bodies by following proper procedures and safety guidelines.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in industrial painting techniques.
+ Experience with paint preparation, sanding, and masking.
+ Ability to perform grinding, taping, blasting, sandblasting, and powder coating.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in vehicle body work and paint preparation.
+ Familiarity with industrial painting equipment and processes.

Work Environment
The position operates on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with hours from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm or 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, depending on the supervisor. Employees should expect 45-50 hours per week, including mandatory overtime on Fridays. The work environment is temperature-controlled, ensuring comfort and efficiency.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
