    Job Title: Autobagger and Lapping Technician

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team where attention to detail and quality are paramount. You will be responsible for using the Autobagger to package small parts and assist in the lapping department, ensuring that all parts meet our high-quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Use the Autobagger to accurately bag small parts and kits according to job orders.

    + Assist in the lapping department by holding small metal parts and rubbing them on sandpaper to achieve the ideal finish.

    + Support the picking department using an iPad and order form to pull orders for the kitting department when needed.

    + Maintain a strong focus on quality results and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.

    + Mechanical aptitude.

    + Strong desire to learn and improve.

    + Ability to work as a team player in a small shop environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in kitting, general labor, picking, polishing, and assembly.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a primarily clean environment with occasional greasy parts. Expect to work independently on tasks that may be repetitive. The workspace features concrete floors with anti-fatigue mats to ensure comfort during your shift. The position operates on a first shift schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

    This is a Contract position based out of New Brighton, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
