Machine Operator Openings in Cedar Rapids and Marion



+ Openings on 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift

+ 8 and 12 Hour Shifts

+ Entry Level Positions Starting at $20

+ Experienced Operators Starting Between $20 - $26 -- Based On Experience, Shift Differential

Responsibilities

+ Set up and operate production equipment

+ Perform line changeovers and equipment adjustments

+ Sample product for quality control checks

+ Maintain equipment according to SOPs and preventative maintenance schedules

+ Load and unload material from machines

+ Package, case, palletize product

+ Monitor production, troubleshoot breakdowns and perform repairs and maintenance as needed

Desired Qualifications:

+ 2+ years experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments

+ 1+ years machine operating experience

+ Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

+ Computer skills - documentation, data entry

+ Ability to lift 50lbs+ frequently

+ Basic math skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
