    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets. You will monitor quality and stack orders based on daily requirements. This role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds repetitively, maintain high attention to detail, and perform inventory counting. Be prepared to stand for over 10 hours a day.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in warehouse, production, or general labor roles.

    + Proficiency in picking, packing, palletizing, and inventory management.

    + Familiarity with RF scanners and packaging processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience as a picker/packer.

    + Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environments.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work in a non-climate controlled environment that is not excessively hot. Adherence to GMP guidelines is mandatory, with specific attire requirements including hairnets and beard coverings for longer beards, no jewelry except medical alerts and plain wedding bands, and prohibitions on false eyelashes, nails, body glitter, exposed nail polish, perfumes, or after-shaves. Shifts are from 7AM to 3:30PM or 3:30PM to 12AM, with some days requiring 10-hour shifts. Steel-toe shoes are not required.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
