Description
Electrical HVAC Technician (EHVAC) is responsible for preventative and proactive maintenance on industrial HVAC units + compress air dryers. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
-maintaining and repairing electrical and hvac equipment (compressors, roof top handling units, 20ton units)
-electrical experience - wiring motors within hvac units
-basic refrigeration experience, will be monitoring emissions and documenting issues
-service chillers, boilers, air handling units, compressors, pumps and ductwork to prevent failures
-correct issues with cooling towers, refrigeration systems, sensors, thermostats, ventilation controls
-maintaining air quality, humidify and temperature levels
-install, test, and calibrate electrical equipment (motors, drives, lighting, distribution panels, sensors)
-keeping record of maintenance and repairs
-working within computer systems (SAP) to track work/equipment history -- documentation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
