    Job Description

    The role involves managing and directing the activities and personnel associated with small to large-scale projects, focusing on various non-IT business applications and disciplines. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of single or multiple mission-critical projects through the full project life cycle. Collaboration with project sponsors, business units, and users to identify project scope and focus is essential. You will develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements, plans, processes, and tools, assign, guide, and monitor project staff to ensure project success. Delivering quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and timelines is key. You will provide expert project guidance and support proactively through to project completion. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and presenting to management and users.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and direct activities and people associated with projects.

    + Focus on non-IT business applications and disciplines.

    + Oversee all facets of mission-critical projects through the full project life cycle.

    + Collaborate with project sponsors, business units, and users to identify project scope and focus.

    + Develop or monitor project initiatives and implement project requirements, plans, processes, and tools.

    + Assign, guide, and monitor project staff to ensure project success.

    + Deliver quality project solutions within defined budgets and timelines.

    + Provide expert project guidance and support through project completion.

    + Track, report, and present project progress to management and users.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-6 years of experience in project management.

    + Experience in design control and product development.

    + Experience with stage gates for new products.

    + Proficiency with Smartsheet.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with diagnostic assays is preferred.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $45.00/hr.
