Job Title: Project Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to support a significant $390 Million Pump Station project for the US Army Corps of Engineers. This role involves coordinating essential project documentation and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
+ Track daily report information from subcontractors and internal employees.
+ Draft and prepare daily reports for review by the Assistant Project Manager.
+ Upload approved reports to eBuilder.
+ Collect and save all delivery tickets to OneDrive.
+ Maintain a delivery tracking log using Excel to ensure material delivery and accuracy.
Essential Skills
+ Construction experience.
+ Project coordination and administration.
+ Proficiency in data entry and document control.
+ Knowledge of construction administration processes.
+ Experience with OneDrive, Excel, and eBuilder or similar project tracking software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ At least 2 years of experience in similar roles supporting construction projects.
Work Environment
The Project Administrator will work at the S-623 Pump Station located at 12351 US-27, South Bay, FL. The role is based in a job trailer and involves working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week). This position offers the opportunity to work on a high-profile Everglades restoration project, with a company known for promoting from within and retaining long-term employees. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
