    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker in South San Francisco. You will play a crucial role in preparing and assembling products to specification while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare and assemble products to specification.

    + Comply with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements.

    + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

    + Ensure cases and pallets are configured safely according to standards.

    + Maintain a scheduled production to meet team business goals.

    + Notify management of any potential food safety or quality issues.

    + Understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.

    + Work on a flexible schedule based on production needs; starting time may vary up to 2 hours before or after.

    + Operate manual and automated processing equipment.

    + Communicate to management when there is an issue, whether work-related or personal.

    + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

     

    Pay

     

    $20-$21/HR depending on assigned schedule

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in general labor, packaging, and food production.

    + Experience in food manufacturing and food industry.

    + Experience with food safety, food handling, and labeling.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South San Francisco, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
