Job Title: Industrial Maintenance

Job Description

As a Line Technician, you will be responsible for routine repairs and on-line adjustments. You will lead modifications to machines, methods, or processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production. Your role will involve performing required line setups, start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns. Additionally, you will conduct routine preventative maintenance and monitor maintenance performance measures. A solid understanding of mechanical resources, including vendors, engineers, and outside technicians, is essential.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct routine repairs and on-line adjustments.

+ Lead modifications to machines, methods, or processes for efficient, cost-effective, and quality production.

+ Perform line setups, start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns.

+ Monitor maintenance performance measures.

+ Maintain a solid understanding of mechanical resources, including vendors and engineers.

+ Write maintenance work orders for improvements beyond expertise, such as electrical and utilities.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in repair and modifying machines.

+ Ability to perform machine adjustments.

+ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent job experience.

+ Basic understanding of English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with SAP for maintenance planning.

+ Familiarity with writing maintenance work orders.

Work Environment

The work environment requires wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as a bump cap or hard hat, safety glasses, slip-resistant shoes, and ear plugs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.05 - $37.00/hr.
