Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians - Denver, CO

**Shift** : 1st shift

Rotating schedule of 48 hours one week (Wednesday to Saturday, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM) and 36 hours the next week (Thursday to Saturday, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with every other Wednesday optional).

**Pay** : $29.00 - $38.00/hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement)

About the Position:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of all manufacturing systems, including electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. You will play a crucial role in following and improving Preventive Maintenance programs and in developing and maintaining good working relationships across all levels of the organization. Compliance with all safety programs, policies, and procedures is essential, and you will complete all assigned safety training.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing systems, including electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

+ Follow and assist in improving Preventive Maintenance programs.

+ Develop and maintain good working relationships across all organizational levels.

+ Complete all assigned safety training.

+ Ensure compliance with all safety programs, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

+ Must have previous experience working as an **industrial** maintenance technician.

+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair.

+ Experience with preventive maintenance and mechanical systems.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Knowledge of industrial maintenance, hydraulics, and automation.

+ Experience with HVAC, 3-phase systems, conveyor systems, motors, and PLC controls.

+ Skill in maintenance repair, installation, welding, service, and fabrication.

+ Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (ideally eMaint).

+ Experience with CNC maintenance is a big plus.

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
