Job Title: Picker/Packer

**Location:** Jacksonville, FL

Shifts Available:

+ **2nd Shift:** 4:30 PM – 6:00 AM (starting mid-November through late December) OR you can start on 1st until then

+ **Dress Code:** Shirt, shorts, and closed-toe shoes (no PPE or certifications required)

Job Description:

We are hiring Warehouse Packers to support operations in a fast-paced distribution center. This role involves packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment, along with general warehouse duties. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities:

+ Tag items with stickers, verify product and box contents, and prepare for shipping

+ Use tape and box cutters to seal or open packages

+ Follow pick tickets and order sheets to ensure accuracy

+ Perform basic shipping, receiving, unloading, scanning, staging, and stacking tasks

+ Pull and prepare products for shipment, verifying quantity and type

+ Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or bins by size, type, or product code

+ Assemble customer orders and stage for packing or shipping

Work Environment:

+ New, open-bay distribution center

+ Non-climate controlled, but equipped with industrial fans and water stations

+ Fast-paced setting with a supportive team atmosphere

Schedule Details:

+ Weekly schedule includes three 12-hour shifts, one 10-hour shift, and one 8-hour shift

+ Includes four 10-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch per shift

+ Option to start on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift in November

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
