Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets. You will monitor quality and stack orders based on daily requirements. Comfort with lifting up to 25lbs repetitively and a high level of attention to detail are essential. You should also be comfortable with inventory counting and be prepared to stand for more than 10 hours a day.
Responsibilities

+ Monitor the quality of products being packed.
+ Stack orders according to daily requirements.
+ Perform inventory counting tasks.
+ Maintain a high attention to detail in all tasks.

+ Previous experience as a picker/packer
+ Experience working in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution settings

Work Environment
The work environment is non-climate controlled, though it is not excessively hot. The shift options include 1st shift from 7AM to 3:30PM or extended hours from 5AM to 3:30PM, and 2nd shift from 3:30PM to 12AM or extended hours from 3:30PM to 2AM. Steel toe shoes are not required, but adherence to GMP guidelines is mandatory. Hairnets and beard coverings are necessary in certain areas, and no jewelry, false eyelashes, false nails, body glitter, exposed nail polish, perfumes, or after-shave are allowed in the production facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
