We’re looking for a **Chemical Operator** to support production by ensuring accurate batching, quality control, and inventory management.

• What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Verify batch records and ensure chemical inventory is ready for production

+ Mix raw materials in vessels according to batch specifications

+ Sample batches for QA and adjust pH and active ingredients as needed

+ Monitor water systems (de-ionized and soft water)

+ Label and inventory excess batches, rinse tanks, and assist with filler rinses

+ Maintain batch room cleanliness and manage chemical waste

+ Support chemical receiving and sampling when needed

• What You Bring:

+ **2–3 years** of mixing and blending experience

+ **1 year** of forklift operating experience

+ Proficiency in **liquid and aerosol blending**

+ Familiarity with **GMP practices** , SOPs, and batch record maintenance

+ Experience in **batching, compounding, and blending**

+ **Non-climate controlled** facility with some areas having distinct odors

+ **Training:** 1st shift for one month

+ **Regular Shift:** 3rd shift (11pm–7am)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
