HVAC Project Manager – Residential & Commercial Installations

We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead high-impact residential and commercial installation projects from start to finish. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive project success, foster strong client relationships, and ensure every job is delivered with precision, quality, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
+ Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
+ Oversee all phases of HVAC installations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
+ Lead and motivate teams of technicians and subcontractors, providing clear direction and support
+ Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues proactively
+ Conduct site visits to monitor progress, compliance, and workmanship
+ Manage budgets and control costs while identifying opportunities for value engineering
+ Provide regular financial and operational updates to company leadership
+ Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations
What You Bring
+ 5+ years of HVAC project management experience
+ Deep understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ductwork
+ Proven track record in both residential and commercial environments
+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency with project management tools and software
+ Valid HVAC certification and applicable licenses
Preferred Skills
+ Experience with budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, take-offs, and buyouts
+ Familiarity with electrical systems and retrofit or ground-up construction projects
+ Skilled in Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Procore, Timberline, and CAD
+ PMP certification and/or OSHA 30 (support available if not yet obtained)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
