Façade Restoration Project Lead – FISP / Local Law 11
Join a firm at the forefront of New York City’s façade safety and restoration efforts. We’re seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead the full lifecycle of FISP (Local Law 11) projects across the five boroughs. This role blends architectural expertise, fieldwork, and project management—ideal for someone who thrives in both technical and client-facing environments.
What You’ll Do:
+ Lead FISP projects from inspection through closeout, managing 2–8 active sites depending on scale
+ Conduct onsite inspections of buildings ranging from 7 stories
+ Prepare and mark up drawings, develop project manuals for bidding, and file with the NYC Department of Buildings
+ Guide clients through contract negotiations and compliance strategies
+ Run startup meetings, conduct regular site visits, and lead weekly contractor/owner rep meetings
+ Review submittals, revise drawings, manage change orders, and maintain project documentation
+ Coordinate daily and weekly check-ins with internal teams and firm leadership
What You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering
+ 3+ years of experience in FISP / Local Law 11 work
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
+ Strong communication skills and comfort navigating field and office settings
+ QEWI certification or interest in pursuing it
+ Registered Architect or PE preferred
Work Environment & Culture:
+ Hybrid flexibility: onsite 3–4 days/week
+ Remote when not in the field
+ Typical hours: 9 AM–5 PM, with seasonal workload shifts (35 hrs/week Nov–Mar; 40+ hrs/week Apr–Oct)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $58.00/hr.
