Job Title: Stockroom Clerk

Job Description

As a Stockroom Clerk, you will process customer orders efficiently using various types of equipment, including FedEx and UPS computer terminals. You will be responsible for completing tasks accurately and in a timely manner, while adhering to specific work instructions for packing materials to meet customer requirements. You will also monitor inventory to ensure there are no missing, lost, or misplaced items.

Responsibilities

+ Process customer orders using FedEx and UPS computer terminals.

+ Ensure dependability by completing work accurately and on time.

+ Follow specific instructions for packing materials in line with customer specifications.

+ Monitor and manage inventory, addressing missing or misplaced items.

+ Engage in receiving, packing, and shipping activities.

+ Utilize a scan gun for inventory purposes.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in picking, receiving, and inventory management (2-5 years preferred).

+ Proficient in inventory control, cycle counts, data entry, and shipping and receiving.

+ Competence in using computer skills and RF scan gun.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Forklift and material handling skills are beneficial.

+ Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

+ Reliability and a solid attendance pattern are crucial.

Work Environment

You will be part of a relatively small, close-knit team of 10-15 material handlers and clerks. The work environment is indoors with dock doors open, ensuring a cool space aided by fans. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Flexibility in schedule is required to meet operational demands.

This position is based out of Medley, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $16.75/hr.
