    Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician ($20-27/hr)

    Job Description

    We are a dedicated real estate management company seeking a full-time experienced maintenance technician to join the team.

    Responsibilities

    + Completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned

    + Complete make ready process of vacant apartments ad directed by the Property Manager

    + Schedule and complete the Preventative Maintenance Program

    + Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting and basic HVAC repairs

    + Repairing and treating structures such as showers, appliances, doors, cabinets, dry wall and building exteriors, windows and fences

    + Apartment unit turnovers for occupancy

    Work Environment

     

    This position requires working in person and includes exposure to outside weather conditions. The role involves an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities. The physical demands include exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, 30-50 pounds frequently, and 15-25 pounds constantly.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $54080.00/yr.
