As an HVAC & Refrigeration Field Specialist, you'll be the frontline authority in diagnostics, repair, and installation of mission-critical systems.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Diagnose, maintain, and optimize HVAC/R systems including chillers, boilers, and advanced control systems

    + Execute field service operations and mechanical repairs with efficiency and accuracy

    + Travel to diverse client sites for installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance

    Qualifications:

    + Proven hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, especially chillers, boilers, and digital control platforms

    + EPA Universal Certification required

    + Strong ability to interpret schematics and troubleshoot PLCs and control panels

    + Self-motivated with a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

    Compensation & Benefits:

    + Competitive salary range: $60,000–$95,000
