Job Title: Assembler - Day Shift

Entry Level Position

Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5pm +OT as needed

$17.53/hr

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Assemblers (Operators) for our day shift to perform general manufacturing and mechanical assembly of various parts. This role involves working in a production environment, utilizing hand tools, and following detailed assembly instructions to complete tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

+ Perform general manufacturing and mechanical assembly of parts, including saddlebags, handle bars, inner fairings, mirrors, and wheel/tires.

+ Utilize RF Scan guns to scan products throughout the assembly process.

+ Follow assembly instructions and perform repetitious tasks accurately.

+ Be willing to work mandatory shift extensions or overtime as needed, including up to two hours after the day shift or on scheduled days off.

Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience using hand tools and performing light assembly tasks

+ Proficient with RF scan guns for product tracking and inventory

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with repetitive tasks

+ Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

+ Willingness to stand for extended periods (up to 10+ hours per shift)

+ Flexible and open to cross-training across various assembly functions

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.53 - $17.53/hr.
