**Job Title:** Maintenance Mechanic

**Location:** Albuquerque, New Mexico

**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (10-hour shifts); occasional Fridays as needed

**Pay:** $24.00/hour to $31.00/hour; depends on experience

Overview:

+ Seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair production equipment, warehouse systems, and infrastructure.

+ Responsibilities span mechanical, electrical (including three-phase), plumbing, welding, painting, and light carpentry. Must work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

+ Perform preventive maintenance and prioritize urgent repairs

+ Diagnose control wiring, motor drives, sensors, and related components

+ Use diagnostic tools (e.g., volt meters, AMP probes)

+ Execute welding, fabrication, and machine shop tasks

+ Maintain organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety standards

+ Collaborate with operators and supervisors to resolve equipment issues

Qualifications:

+ Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

+ Hydraulics, pneumatics, and schematic interpretation

+ Preventive maintenance and industrial repair

+ Welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading

+ Proven experience in industrial maintenance

+ Strong safety awareness and OSHA compliance

+ Ability to manage tasks independently and within a team

+ Welding and fabrication experience preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $31.20/hr.
