•️ Your Role

As a Cherry Picker Operator, you’ll be a key player in our order selection process, working in a large pick section with advanced systems and equipment.

What You’ll Do

+ Operate a cherry picker to pull and transport products weighing 2 lbs to 75 lbs.

+ Navigate tight rack spaces using precision and care.

+ Ensure accurate and timely order selection based on daily volume.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

+ Support team goals and contribute to overall warehouse efficiency.

• What We’re Looking For

+ 2+ years of cherry picker experience in a large distribution center.

+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

+ Stable work history (no more than 4 jobs in 5 years).

+ Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Bonus Skills

+ Familiarity with wire guidance systems.

+ Experience working in 100,000+ sq. ft. facilities.

+ Ability to meet performance expectations quickly (within 1–2 weeks).

• Work Environment

You’ll be working in a 220,000 sq. ft. modern warehouse with:

+ Over 25 bay doors

+ Floor-to-ceiling racks

+ Wire guidance systems for safe navigation

+ A culture of cleanliness, organization, and teamwork

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
