    • What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Assemble cable harnesses and electrical components using tools like crimpers, cutters, and heat guns.

    + Follow step-by-step instructions to complete hand assembly tasks.

    + Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

    + Meet daily production goals and collaborate with your team.

    • What You Bring:

    + **Experience:** 6+ months using hand tools or working in general assembly (even DIY counts!).

    + **Skills:** Good hand-eye coordination, ability to follow instructions, and attention to detail.

    + **Bonus:** Experience with soldering, crimping, or electronics is a plus!

    • Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Basic math and measurement skills.

    + Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

    + Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
